The journey of LFW began with Mr. Ghanshyam Dass setting up a home office in Hauz Khas and entering the real estate brokerage business. Joined by his sons, Mr. Vinod Agarwal, Pramod Kumar, and Yogesh Agarwal, the family brought transparency and trust to the forefront of their business practices. Leveraging their extensive experience and a loyal customer base, LFW expanded into constructing luxury residential builder apartments. In 1996, they embarked on their first project in South Delhi, and since then, the group hasn’t looked back and has experienced consistent growth, overcoming various real estate market downturns, including the one in 2008. The South Delhi residential real estate market has recently shown signs of progress with improved market sentiment and favorable interest rates. Building upon this family-run legacy, Mr. Yogesh and his son, Vansh Agarwal, a young entrepreneur, now solely manage LFW by Yogesh. LFW currently operates from a self-owned commercial building, occupying a 3600 sqft office space in Hauz Khas market. The business focus has gradually shifted from brokerage to construction. Presently, the firm and its subsidiaries are actively developing over 20 projects under the registered brand name LFW, representing an impressive increase compared to the previous year.
